Beauty Tracker is designed with privacy in mind. Your procedure records, photos, notes, prices, appointment information, and other content you add to the app are stored on your device and, if iCloud Sync is enabled, in your private Apple CloudKit database. Beauty Tracker does not store them on servers operated by the developer.
The developer does not collect the content you add to the app or store it on servers operated by the developer. This includes:
This information is stored on your device and, if iCloud Sync is enabled, in your private Apple CloudKit database (see “iCloud Sync” below).
Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device. It does not delete data stored in iCloud. Your iCloud copy remains in your account until you delete Beauty Tracker data from your iCloud storage settings in iOS. Any backup files you previously exported remain wherever you chose to save them.
Beauty Tracker does not store your beauty records on servers operated by the developer. If iCloud Sync is enabled, your records, photos, and settings are stored in your private Apple CloudKit database associated with your iCloud account and synced between your devices signed in to that account.
Procedure names, visit titles, notes, prices, contact details, and appointment dates are stored in CloudKit as encrypted fields. This data counts toward your iCloud storage and is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
You can stop syncing Beauty Tracker or delete its iCloud data at any time in iOS Settings.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect app usage and technical information. This helps us understand how Beauty Tracker is used and improve the app.
Firebase Analytics may collect:
Beauty Tracker also logs limited events such as when a record or category is created, a backup is created, or certain reminder features are enabled.
We do not include the content you enter into Beauty Tracker in analytics events. Procedure names, notes, prices, photos, appointment details, and other record content are not sent to Firebase Analytics.
Beauty Tracker does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not use analytics data for advertising.
Firebase Analytics data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
If you enable biometric lock, Face ID or Touch ID is used to authenticate you when opening the app. Authentication is handled by iOS. Beauty Tracker does not access or store your biometric data.
You can choose photos to attach to your procedure records. Selected photos are stored within the app's private storage and, if iCloud Sync is enabled, in your private Apple CloudKit database. They are not uploaded to servers operated by the developer or included in analytics. Beauty Tracker does not use the camera and does not access the rest of your photo library. When a photo is added, its location and other metadata (such as the date it was taken and the camera model) are removed, and the photo is resized.
Beauty Tracker uses local notifications for appointment and other reminders you choose to enable. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device and are not delivered through servers operated by the developer.
Beauty Tracker includes a manual backup feature that exports your data as a file. The backup is created locally, and you choose where to save or share it using the options provided by your device.
We do not receive or have access to your backup files.
Beauty Tracker is a general-audience app and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy if Beauty Tracker's features or data practices change. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
